Delivery & Returns
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom; European countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden); and to the United States of America.
We offer a FREE STANDARD DELIVERY for all orders over £15.00. Orders costing less than £15.00 incur a delivery charge of £3.00 for the UK customers and £5.95 for the European and USA customers.
The dispatch of your order will normally be processed within 2 working days. You should receive your order within 10 working days after you receive a delivery confirmation email from us. International orders will usually arrive within 9 - 12 working days.
Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your products are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by force majeure or by unforeseen issues affecting the delivery service.
Order Confirmation Letter
An email notification will be sent to you after you place an order. If your order has not been confirmed within 12 hours, it is probably due to a technical error on our system. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A delivery confirmation email will be also sent to you when your order has shipped.
Return and Exchange Policy
You can cancel your order for a full refund for any reason within 28 days (4 weeks) of receipt of goods. Your original form of payment will be refunded once we receive your returned items. If you wish to return your order, please complete the Return Form and include it with your return shipment. The Return Form has your order number and we are unable to process your return without it. If you lost your Return Form, please email us at email@example.com and we will provide you all the details you need to return an item.
If you cancel your order within 28 days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the initial standard postage costs (delivery costs) you paid as part of that order (if any). You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage charges if you cancel part of your order. Please note, items arriving after the 28 days return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
If you want to make an exchange, you need to place a new order and return the unwanted item. Your original form of payment will be refunded once we receive your returned items.
Please note, due to the nature of the product we can only accept returns of the tights when they have not been worn or tried on.
All returns are subject to the discretion of StripyMe.
If we make an error in your order, we are happy to refund any postage charges you may have paid. In any other case, the customer will be responsible for covering the postage cost when sending the item back to us. Make sure you obtain a receipt from the Post Office as a proof as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit or damaged on their way back to us.
Your refund will normally be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return and it should take no more than 14 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
Please return your items to the address shown on the Return Form. If you lost your Return Form, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you all the details you need to return an item.
